1. Agreement
By using Pitchavo ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Pitchavo provides tools to help freelancers create Upwork-focused content: profile copy, job triage and scoring, proposals, and reply suggestions. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to change or discontinue features with notice where reasonable.
3. Account and Use
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You will use the Service only in compliance with these terms and applicable law, including Upwork's terms where your use relates to Upwork.
4. Subscription and Payment
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Fees are as stated on our pricing page. You may cancel at any time; refunds are handled according to our refund policy. We may change pricing with advance notice.
5. Intellectual Property
We own the Service and its design, code, and branding. You keep ownership of content you input and the outputs we generate for you. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pitchavo and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the revised terms and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
